Ballroom Bene-fit

Cardio Tap  
No experience is necessary.  This class is structured similar to a Zumba class where we have easy to follow routines.  The instructor will give modifications if you need the steps easier, or more challenging.  This is a very fun way to get your heart rate up!  Your tap shoes will add to the musicality of the class.  Tap shoes are available to rent for $3, but bring your own if you have them.

Zumba: Top-40 Jams  
It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness party that’s moves you toward joy and health.  This high-intensity class is a fun way to get in your cardio without actually feeling like you’re working out.  Please bring clean sneakers to wear that are not used outside.
