- The Adult Rhythm Tap classes taught by JJ are challenging, but motivating. JJ is energetic and has engaging choreography. It is difficult to find decent adult tap classes in San Diego, so I am glad I found this place.

- I’ve been to the Zumba class with Cara and the Cardio Hip-Hop with JJ. The Zumba class was a lot of fun and they played good music. Cardio Hip-Hop with JJ was awesome too. He’s really cool and made me feel comfortable very quickly, even though I’m a terrible dancer and have zero rhythm.

- Love the variety of classes and that it’s a non-profit, so they put the funding back into programs like scholarships and classes for students who are visually impaired or have limited mobility. The instructors are great and signing up for classes is easy. FUN, HEALTHY, and GIVING BACK all at the same time!
