Cardio Tap, Low-Impact
This class starts with a warm-up consisting of basic tap steps such as shuffles and flaps, followed by approximately 40 minutes of non-stop, low-impact tap movement, and concluding with a cool-down routine, and some stretching. If you’re not proficient with your basic steps, don’t worry… you can follow along with simplified moves and still get a great work-out. If you’re a bit more advanced, you’ll learn how to add in extra sounds to make your work-out more challenging.
